For your consideration…
Don’t you love it? I couldn’t resist this picture. How true is it? We see the same thing, yet we see it differently. It is the same thing with hearing. For example, we hear the same speech but take different meanings. Smell, touch, is the same thing. One thing, different takeaways.
Today’s message used seeing as the example but it is the same as all of our senses. The point is not that we see things differently but that we have a choice.
Today’s message is about choice. We can choose what we focus on AND our attitude. We can choose to look with negativity, hate, and fear or we can choose to look with love and joy expecting blessings. We have a choice. We always have a choice.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Choose love…look, see, hear, touch…everything with love.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A great walk with friends, Jul and Dianne.
-Seeing Vickie for a few minutes.
-Wrapping gifts with Dianne.
-A chill dinner and evening with Dianne, Gary, James, and Alex.
-Catching up with my sister and brother.
-My niece had a healthy baby girl.
