Today’s message initially came in via the Bob Seger song, “Like a Rock.”

Often we think of love as light, airy. That is because it makes us feel that way. Our message tells us that love is exactly the opposite. Love is like a weight anchored in stone. Real love is solid and is the anchor of our soul.
Only love is real. Only love anchors our soul.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”what is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Know love.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Some sunshine and warm temps.
-Catching up with Alex and Jackie.
-Vicki came over for gift wrapping and dinner….fun.
-A good book.
