For your consideration…
Our message could not be clearer today. It tells us to always get to the ‘heart of the matter.” Everything else on the proliferate is minor on our priority list.
All of the “other stuff”…opinions, tasks, judgment, etc. just cloud the issue and we waste our time and energy wading through it all. We save time, energy, and clarity when we go straight to the heart of the matter. The heart of the matter is our authentic truth. Indeed getting to the heart of the matter should be a priority. It is what we are meant to share with the world.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Always try to get to the heart of the matter first.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A chill home day.
-Great leftovers.
-Catching up with Shannon.
-I am 3rd and 4th on a dog breeders list so should get a puppy in their next litters.
-Reading.
