For your consideration…

I am not sure if I missed something yesterday or this is a continuation in a “series.” It does not matter because this is a message that we probably do not hear enough.

Our message is about clearing our chakras…and keeping them clear. This is keep to a happy, healthy, and balanced life.

Let me say that googling “clearing chakras” will bring you to many good articles and methods. I encourage everyone to do that and see what grabs your attention and speaks to you. You will find that most of them give great explanations of each chakra, stones, colors, and methods that work to help clear them. Again, all of this is good but that is not what we are going to do today.

The reason we are not focusing on those methods is because we don’t always have access to those things. We do, however, always have access to our breath. Our blood carries our breath to every part of our body. We can control it. We can direct it. We can clear our chakras with it.

We simply need to relax, focus on our breath, then follow it to each chakra starting with the root. Visualize the color of the chakra. Keep breathing into it until you can see its color vibrant and spinning. Then move up to the next chakra and do the same until you are through all of them. It should be noted that some chakras will be quick and easy and others will be tougher because they are blocked. We may want to visit the reasons for that after all of our chakras are cleared.

When we feel that all of our chakras are clear, visualize a white or violet flame of energy, breath it in and pull it down through all of our chakras, through and to the core of Mother Earth. Wrap the energy around it and let it come back up through your chakras exiting the crown.

Clear chakras are key to healing and keeping healthy. We are reminded to not forget them and to do routine maintenance on them.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Clear our chakras…regularly.

What made me smile yesterday…

-I woke up late and had a lot to do. I considered calling Jul and Vicki and saying I couldn’t walk. But I didn’t. I got to work and ended up having plenty of time.

-We walked over 3 miles.

-Getting stuff dropped off at Shannon’s and the Foster Care charity center.

-Catching up with Shannon and Cathy.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
