For your consideration…

Sometimes we feel off. We feel like we are not in sync with ourselves. We feel broken.

Our message today tells us that when we feel broken, we need to remember that we are made up of many pieces…many life experiences. Just because one piece is broken does not mean that we are broken. The rest of us is strong and powerful. Like the bluejay that has followed me from window to window this morning, we have the tremendous ability for survival with the least amount of effort. We just need to remember that and make the conscious effort to let go and heal.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Heal thyself.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A pretty day.

-Figuring out a problem in crafting.

-A little shopping.

-Our friends Zoom PJ Party.

-Catching up with Alex.
