“Plant a seed, reap a harvest; sow a good deed, reap a blessing.”

unknown

For your consideration…

I love the above quote and so I included it. It is along the lines of our message for today but our message is a little different.

It is exactly this, “Sow good things. Only harvest good things.”

We are reminded that not everything we sow turns out good, despite our best of intentions. Also, people give us things. We should not feel obligated to accept them, sow and/or harvest, or use them if they are not good. Indeed, we should only harvest what is good. Bless the rest and leave it to return back to the Universe for healing.

We are asked to sow and harvest only what is good in action, words, and deeds. Perpetuate what is good for our highest good and the highest good of all.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Sow and harvest only good…what we want to see grow in the world.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful sunny and warm day.

-A walk in the park and outside meditation.

-Sitting on the front porch reading.

-A PJ Zoom call with friends.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
