For your consideration…
We are all on solid ground. We are born with a rock-solid foundation. We just don’t always feel that way.
It is true that we go through changes. Actually, we are always changing. That is the wind. We still are on a rock-solid foundation but sometimes it feels like we are on shifting sand. That is because we have loosened our anchor.
We are born firmly anchored to our rock with Love, Faith, and HOPE. We remember our Source. We are secure and emboldened.
When we lose our grip on…our commitment to…Love, Faith, and HOPE, we start to feel like we are on shifting sand rather than solid rock. This is an illusion. We are still connected we just have to reprioritize and move Love, Faith, and HOPE to the top of our list.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Stay anchored to Source with Love, Faith, and HOPE and help others to do the same.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-A good book.
-A good zoom call with DKG. It is so good to see faces we have not seen in awhile.
-Catching up with both my girls.
