For your consideration…
Wow, this message really wanted to be written. As soon as I opened my eyes…and ears…this morning, there it was.
Our message today tells us exactly this, “Rise above the noise.” It is easy to be caught up in the hoopla and drama of life. There are always at least two sides to every story. Everyone has an opinion. There is value in the sharing. It can help to achieve balance. However, all to often, we can not get there because of the drama takes over the sharing of opinions.
We are asked today to rise above that noise. More than that, we are asked to focus on OUR highest good. We are asked to focus on OUR next step. As lightworkers, we sometimes struggle with that. We tend to focus our efforts on the helping of others. We feel selfish focusing on OURSELVES. Yet that is exactly what we are being asked to do today. Rise above the noise and focus on being the very best version of OURSELVES. It is exactly what the Universe needs.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Know that you are as important and valuable as anyone else.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?’
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Drink lots of water….half your body weight.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful sunshiny day.
-Lots of work done.
-Catching up with Jackie and Alex.
-Started the last book in a series.
