For your consideration…..
Today we are being asked to connect to everything from a heart level. Remove the filters and let your words and actions come directly from your heart. We are being asked to do this in everything.
This, of course, will be much easier with some people and things than others. That’s ok. But if you really can’t seem to engage with your heart, consider that is something or someone you need to take a closer look at. Perhaps that is someone or something that no longer serves a purpose in your life and you need to release them. Release them with love, they have served a purpose in your life. And you have reciprocated.
We are collectors, of course. As we move through life and live and learn, we collect. That is a great if we are collecting to grow. But we don’t want to be hoarders. We need to get rid of what no longer serves us. We need to declutter. We need to sort and simplify.
Eventually, we will all connect on a heart to heart, love to love, level on a 24/7 basis. That is true heaven. We can and should strive to do that in the here and now.
But for today, we just have a reminder to practice. Take a look at what we have in our life and where it ranks in value. When we connect on a heart to heart level we reorder up our priorities. It is a good thing. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate. Pay attention on what shows up. Meditation is a great way to connect with your heart and soul.
-Drink lots of water.
-Spend time outdoors. Take in 10 deep breaths.
-Play…. a lot. Laugh.. a lot. Love….a lot
-Write down your heart’s desires.
What made me smile yesterday….
-I finished out my week at a great school with students I love.
-I met a great teacher there that is absolutely fascinating.
-Daughter number 1 is back in communication. Everything is busy but well.
-I had been sick and thought I was going to have to cancel my “retreat” this weekend. But I am feeling great now, and off I go…..
