Do You Hear What I Hear?

For your consideration…

Each of us is different. Today’s message may seem harsh to some but be assured it is loving.

It is exactly this, “Do you hear what I hear? Well, you should.”

Our message reminds us that each of us is an equal partner in this world we live in. No one is more important than another. We are asked to suspend judgment and listen with all of our senses with an open mind and heart. We don’t have to agree but we do need to listen and hear on more than a surface level.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Listen with all of our senses and without judgment.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful fall day.

-A long walk with my friend, Julie followed by lunch.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Alex and Shannon.
