For your consideration…

Ahhh, the dilemma of it all. We know that our soul needs our body, mind, and spirit to be in sync. We know that is also how we manifest. The dilemma is when they do not agree.

Examples:

Our body needs exercise and our mind and spirit don’t feel up to it. Or vice versa, our mind, and spirit need it and our body does not feel up to it.

In our mind we don’t really like our boss even though our spirit knows he is capable and doing a good job. Or vice versa, our spirit likes him but our mind knows he is not doing a good job.

Our children get good school or job opportunities but they are far away. Our mind knows it is good for them but our spirit is sad.

Our message today reminds us that this is life and it is up to us to figure out a way to pull our body, mind, and spirit together for the good of a growing and peaceful soul. Perhaps exercise is your thing. Perhaps a good walk in mother nature is just what you need. Perhaps it is consistent meditation/prayer. Perhaps it is escaping into a book. Whatever works for us is perfect. The key is to recognize when we are out of sync and take action.

That is HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Self-access on balance between our body, mind, and spirit.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A productive day.

-Catching up with Jody and Alex.

-Breakfast with Vicky.

-A new book.
