For your consideration….
You have poured out your heart to God in prayer. He has heard you. He always hears you. So act accordingly.
Bit by it, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate
-Drink lots of water.
-Try and get in a little down time, me time. Who said we had to wait for the weekend?
-Get outdoors and take in those all important 10 deep breaths. If you feel tension or stress throughout the day, take in some deep breaths.
-Journal your dreams.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-One of my 6th graders forgot his reading book. I pulled out my Kindle and said maybe we can get it on here and we can get what we need for the day. “Ms. A you are awesome”, says me student.
-A great nap after school.
-Daughter number 1 is missing in action but daughter number 2 is alive and well and happy. She had a great day. That’s what I like to hear.
