Have you ever gone somewhere you didn’t want to go and then end up just having a great time? Have you ever met someone you didn’t intend to or want to meet and then really liking them? Have you ever done something you didn’t want to do and then been really glad you did?
What made the turn around? What made the difference? Quite often, really most often, “joy” entered the situation. Maybe our’s or maybe someone else’s.
Joy is meant to be a natural state for us but everyday life buries it sometimes. We all have joy, it came with us in our life tool box. And when we bring it out, every situation immediately becomes better for us and everyone around us.
So today, we are simply reminded to set the intention to bring our joy into each moment of our day. Choose joy. You have a choice, you always have a choice. You don’t have to ponder on how you would do that. Just simply ask your Guidance to bring it. It will know what to do. We have support 24/7. We just have to remember to tap into it. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate
-Drink lots of water…I don’t know about you but, since it has cooled off, this is hard. Still I keep trying.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Even if you do them while walking to and from your car, it still is great for you.
-Journal. What made you happy today? What are you grateful for?
-Before you go to sleep, affirm you are one with the Divine and ask that it influence your Higher Mind on your perfect life direction. Don’t set limits on it. Instead ask that you be guided to your Highest Good.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Yeah, Alex passed her flight test.
-My email is absolutely all caught up including the blog comments.
-I had enough great left overs, I didn’t need to cook.
-My 6th graders. You just have to love them.
