For your consideration…

Ahhh, frustration. We all experience it. The key is to recognize it and not let it stymie us.

Most often frustration comes from change. One or more things have changed in our lives and we have been thrown for a loop. We are frustrated because we have been thrown off balance. Our normal actions no longer fit the scenario we find ourselves in. We are reminded today to notice this and adjust. Create new actions that fit the environment we are in. And even…if we are open…find the opportunity that has been created for us.

“Finding something frustrating and seeing an opportunity to make it better is what entrepreneurship is all about.”

Richard Branson

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Look for the opportunities in our frustrations.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Home.

-A good book.

-Having my friend, Jody, here.

-Catching up with Cathy and Alex.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
