For your consideration…
Look at these roots. They seem like a problem, don’t they? That is why I picked it.
Today’s message is gentle. It wants us to be gentle with ourselves. It gently reminds us that for every problem…no matter size, there is a solution. It reminds us to suspend judgment and reach down to the root…the truth. We can solve every single problem with truth and love.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is the next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Look to the roots and apply truth and love.

-Jody came for her visit.
-Good talks with Cathy.
-A surprise visit to see Will and AJ and drop off gifts for Shannon and Mackenzie.
-Errands and shopping.
-Sitting outside sipping wine with Jody.
