That’s it. That’s the message…“On the job training = Life.”
So lighten up. Quit judging yourself and others. We’re students learning as we go. Be excited and remember we are never alone. Our Guidance is with us 24/7.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Lighten up.
What made me smile yesterday…
-The thunder and lightening storm really gave a boost to all of our plants.
-Mary and Don came over. Bruce and I both got haircuts and a much needed dye job for me.
-A good book.
-Catching up with Dianne.
-Every time I think about a TV show I watched Friday night I laugh. I know many people aren’t fond of Martha Stewart but I love her and learn a lot from her. I think this new show she has is new, at least I haven’t seen it before. It is called, “Martha Knows Best.” It is all about planting and gardening. She has her gardener on it with her and she is funny. Who knew?
