For your consideration…

This message has come in through a couple of ways over the last month. I am not surprised that it came in as today’s message.

I am a member of Living with the Angels. About a month ago Rev. Elvia Roe offered a 2-part session on Ancestral Healing. I am not sure exactly how it works. It deals with quantum physics. She has a machine she uses, remotely, that scans you. It then points the recipient in the direction that needs healing. For me, it came through my father’s family.

Last night, I listened to a world-wide zoom call hosted by Ron and Mary Hulnick from the University of Santa Monica. Last night they had a guest speaker, Iyanla Vanzant, to offer insight in the tensions and opportunities Covid 19 has brought us including racial tensions.

So the question throughout many of our lives is why the reoccurring family tension, the racial divide etc.? The answer is that because we do the surface work. We think we are giving and receiving forgiveness and our issues are resolved. We think we have a healthy, tolerant, respectful attitude only to have it challenged. Why?

Both events gave the same answer. The problem…cause…is cellular. It is embedded in our cells. It most likely did not just occur in this lifetime. It has happened and passed down through our DNA over many lifetimes….great grandparents to grandparents, to parents to children. Nothing we can do on the surface will fix the problem. It must be fixed on the cellular level. That means we have to dig deep, figure out what was passed to us, look at it, pray on it, honor it and release it for healing not only for ourselves but our ancestors as well. We can not change what happened to our ancestors or what they did to others. But we can heal the hurt, guilt, shame, and let it go. Then we can be there for each other.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask..”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Heal ourselves.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A good book.

-While working on cards in my basement, I dropped a stamp. I got on the floor to look from one direction to the next. I didn’t see it but I did see something black laying between a drawer unit and my work table. I picked it up and it was the missing piece to a toolset. I had been missing it for 2 years and only the day before wished I had it. Ultimately, I did find the stamp also. I’m so happy.

-Catching up with Alex and Shannon. As Shannon and I talked we talked about the napkins I had ordered for Mac’s graduation party…a long time ago. I had completely forgotten. As I went back searching for the order, I could not find it. Clearly, I had put in all the info because every time I reentered it, it did autofill. I must have missed the final step. Whew, thank you, angels. We caught that just in time.

-My phone service is not working correctly. You know how that is. The phone call is never as easy as it should be but it is done now.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
