This lightworker artist’s work is all beautiful. I encourage you to take a look. I knew as soon as I saw her work that it should be part of today’s message on “spiritual healing.” She has many healing pieces of artwork but I choose this one because it represents the ultimate goal…being healed and free with an evolved loving spirit.
Our message today tells us that healing for our anger, hurt, fear, anguish etc., is always available to us. It is waiting for us to invite it in. But first, we have to make ready for it. We have to create the space by letting go of our anger, hurt, fear, anguish etc. That requires that we change our focus off of them. Bless then, thank them for the lesson, and release them. Then focus on what a healed, peaceful, and loving spirit looks and feels like.
That’s it? Yes, we need to change the focus from the hurt to the healed.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Invite in spiritual healing.
What made me smile yesterday…
-I picked up Gabriel’s hoagies and took them out to my recovering grandson, AJ.
-Short but great visit with Shannon, Will, AJ, and Mackenzie.
-Catching up with Mary and Alex.
-A reading with Sandra.
-A new good suspense book started.
