For your consideration…

This is interesting. I don’t think I have had a blog message about “begging” and now this is the second one this week. However, today’s message is very different than the other one.

Basically today’s message says that the phrase, “beggars can’t be choosers.” is false. It is false because we have free will and we ALWAYS have a choice.

If we feel we must beg, then we can choose to do so. We can choose what to beg for. We can not choose if our request is met or to what degree. We can choose how our response.

Today’s message using “beg” as an example of much bigger lessons. It reminds us that no matter the circumstances, we never have to….nor should we….give up our power. We were born with it. It is uniquely ours. Also, it is emphasized that we have free will and get to choose how we use our power. We get to choose if we use it wisely or not. We get to choose if we use it for good or not. We get to choose if we use it for our highest good and the highest good of all or not. We get to choose if we grow it or not etc.

We have free will, personal power, a choice. It is up to us on what we do with them.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm…“I accept that love.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Use our free will and power for our highest good and the highest good of all.

What made me smile yesterday…

-I like this new schedule I put myself on. It is working. Knock on wood.

-Lunch with Vicki.

-A beautiful day albeit was to hot to work outside for a very long time.

-A new hummingbird feeder.

-I heard from both my girls and Cathy.

-I found some quilt fabric for Kelsey’s baby that I think will be great.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
