For your consideration…

Every one of us wants a peaceful heart. A peaceful heart is supposed to be our natural state. But we unseat it with worry that attracts more worry.

Worry is a product of our ego. Our ego introduces all of the thoughts of what could go wrong and what isn’t right. It isn’t that a peaceful heart doesn’t see the same things. It does. But it looks at them with a different attitude.

A peaceful heart knows that everything, absolutely everything, is in God’s Timing and in God’s Plan. He already has the solution and we already have the resources to handle it. Yes, we already have everything we need.

Today we are asked to look to the resources that we already have. They are enough. Relax with them…into them…and live with a peaceful heart.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Live with a peaceful heart.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Marie.

-A good book.

-A reading with Sandra.

-My freezer is coming along. I have only had to buy meat a couple of times during this whole quarantine. I did a good rearrange yesterday which usually only happens when I have to do a defrost.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
