For your consideration…
We have all heard the phrase “One good turn deserves another.” That is our message today but we are asked to think through to the next step and notice…the turn always goes one way. There is no beginning and no end. This makes the “good turn” perpetual.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths preferably while doing something.
-Make those good turns frequent.
What made me smile yesterday…
-My daughter, Alex, is back home on good old United States of America soil.
-Catching up with Cathy, Lori, and Jackie.
-A beautiful day.
-A good book.
