“Dreaming in Color” by Josephine Wall

For your consideration…

I love Josephine Wall’s work. And I love this particular one on dreams. It is very representative of dreams. What is the first thing that caught your eye when you first looked at it? Go back and take a second look and see what jumps out at you. It will be different for all of us.

I first noticed the blue hair. Blue is the color of spirituality and hair represents spiritual power flowing from the crown chakra. Next, I noticed the red spider web. Red is the color of energy and a web represents entanglements or networks. So for me, I am going to sit in silence for a while and notice where my energy is going and make sure it is channeled in the right direction or make course corrections is need be.

So back to you, what do you see and what do you think it means? That is just the side note.

Our message today says that many of us are having more vivid dreams and/or remembering them. We always dream but the trick is remembering them. For those who have been unable to work, they are getting more sleep and so it seems like we are dreaming more. We are asked to make sure we have a journal and pen right by our bed. As soon as we wake up, we should write down anything that we remember…even if we don’t remember the whole dream….even if it is just random words…and even if we aren’t up to stay. We are encouraged today to capture our dreams and analyze them. They are an invaluable tool.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Journal your dreams.

What made me smile yesterday…

-I got another clematis plant planted. I bought it when I thought I had cut my back too far. But it did come back and is growing like crazy so I guess I will have two.

-Some more cards made.

-Catching up with Ginger and making our plans for planting the family cemetery.

-A good book.

-A viber call with Alex.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
