For your consideration…

This has happened to all of us. We look high and low for something only to find it right in front of us. Like searching for our glasses and finding them on our head. Or searching for our car keys to finding them in the car already.

Those are practical, simple things we can relate to and perfect for today’s message. Our message is this, “We search high and low forgetting to search what is right in front of us.”

We tend to look for those big things to impact our life. Sometimes that happens. We do have big life-altering events. But more often than not, the things that have the biggest impact on our life are those everyday things right in front of us.

Our message today tells us to look at what we have. Really see it. Be grateful for it. Notice what it is. How did we get it? Who is here and how do they impact our lives. Look at what is right in front of us and ask the who, what, when, why, and how questions. Notice and ask without judgment and be grateful. This simple act a few times a day will have an enormous impact on our lives.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Go for a walk.

-See what is right in front of our faces.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A good book.

-A good reading with Marisa.

-Success pulling documents I needed.

-Catching up with Cathy and Yvonne.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
