For your consideration…

How many times have we been reminded to watch, feel, and listen for what shows up? What is put in our path or what suddenly calls our attention for no apparent reason?

As I meditated for today’s message chipmunks kept invading my thoughts. This has been going on for days. I kept dismissing them because I am dealing with a chipmunk invasion at my home. These cute little critters have done thousands of dollars to my patio and house foundation. So of course, I think about them a lot. But in meditation, they just would not go away. So I asked…yeah, remember we can ask….why can’t I get rid of them in this meditation? Duh, they are the message. My ego was overruling my Guidance. Yikes. So let’s find out what it means when chipmunks show up.

When we watch chipmunks we always see them scampering about. They’re always busy, exploring new paths and tunnels…or creating them. They are always full of energy. Ted Andrews of Animal-Speak tells us that when chipmunks are around us there is magic and to be on the lookout for fairies. He also tells us that when chipmunks are drawing our attention the energy of our Spirit Guides is present. We are asked to pause and notice that energy and invite them to communicate with us. This is the time for us to voice our requests. Remember, our Guides are with us 24/7 but we must invite them to in.

So while those chipmunks can be pesky, they also are a blessing reminding us of the presence of our Spirit Guides.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?’

-Notice the energy.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Wow. we finally got our stimulus check.

-It was a beautiful day.

-Catching up with Jackie.

-My neighbor, Joan, surprised us with breakfast she left on the front porch.

-A reading with Sandra.

-Lots of household stuff done.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
