For your consideration…

I love silence. It is my friend. But not everyone does like the silence. Some people are very uncomfortable with it. Perhaps they feel lonely or afraid.

One of my favorite Mindfulness exercises is when we “focus” on the silence. When we do that, we hear sound in the silence. There are always sounds in silence.

We are asked today to be still and listen to the sounds of silence. Relax into those sounds. Sync your breathing to the silence. Remember you are not alone, you are never alone. Your Guidance is standing guard 24/7.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.


Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Listen to the sounds of silence.


What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day for sitting on the porch.

-Catching up with both my girls.

-Laundry done.

-Our Friday night Zoom PJ Party with friends.
