For your consideration…

I bet most of us over pack for a trip. Even if we plan and think that we are not going to do it, it still happens. Even if we plan ahead, it still happens. For the last few years, I do not prioritize all my cute stuff. Instead my priority is picking two or three colors where everything is inter-changeable. That has helped but I still over pack. I end up wearing just a few of the things I brought.

Our message today uses inter-changes actual baggage and emotional baggage. As we move through life and learn our lessons, we tend to add to our baggage both our favorite and least lessons.

Our message today tells us to let go, don’t carry with us, that baggage that no longer serves us. Only carry forward what serves our highest good and the highest good of all.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?’

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Unpack what no longer serves you, bless it and let it go.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Finally made it to the Humane Society to donate the dog food Alex left.

-It felt so weird to drive my care. Yikes.

-I love that we are “using stuff up.” Last night I made Bruce one thing and me another.

-A reading with a new partner, Marissa. It was so good. My Guidance continues to amaze me.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
