For your consideration…
Today’s message came in via a song “Listen to Your Heart.” While the lyrics are beautiful it does not feel upbeat and happy. Today’s message is so that is why I choose a “cute” picture…to lighten the message up.
“Listen to your heart when he’s calling for you
Listen to your heart there’s nothing else you can do”
Listen to your heart there’s nothing else you can do”
This is the part of the song we are being drawn to. Do you see the contradiction? There is always something we can do. As long as we have held onto our sacred power, we always have choices.
However, the best part of the lyrics tell us to listen to our heart. Listening to our authentic self, our truth, is always the right way to go. I am hearing, “When in doubt, go with the heart.”
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, Hope by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Still working on sorting. I’m liking how as I go, I am given ideas and directions.
-Sunshine.
-Leftovers.
-Alex made it to her final destination.
-Catching up with Shannon.
