For your consideration…
“If at first your don’t succeed, try, try again.” We are all familiar with that saying. Here is another one, “There’s more than one way to skin a cat.” Do you see the message?
We should not to expect to always succeed on the first try. But that does not mean we should give up. No! We can evaluate and retry. Perhaps we need to adjust our plan. Perhaps we need to add a skill set first. Perhaps we need to collaborate with others. There are many many ways to succeed. We just need to persevere.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Try, try again.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Sitting outside reading a book.
-Catching up with Alex.
-A zoom call with friends.
