For your consideration…

Around the world including the United States we have been confronted with a major obstacle. Most of us are radically changing our lives accordingly.

Can we consider that this is a course correction? Can we consider that we remember our oneness. We are all in this together. We will get out of it together.

Having said that, we are all handling the crisis differently. This is normal because we all normally live our lives differently. Our message today asks us to notice the changes that we are making? While they are necessary right now, are they also good for us long term?

No doubt most of us have more time on our hands. We are asked to rest and review. Notice what is working in our lives and what is not…without judgment or recriminations. Think about what we want our lives to look like when we get to the other side of this nasty virus.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Send blessings.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Thinking about my conversation with my friend Dianne the other day.

-I have been streamlining my sorting process. I got a lot more done yesterday. I was beginning to think that it would take me until the middle of summer.

-Watching my neighbors with small children on a family bike ride in the middle of the day in the middle of the week.

-Catching up with Jackie.

-A good book. I love love love my kindle. I never go anywhere without it. Of course, you can’t go anywhere anyway but hey, its great for home too.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
