For your consideration….

What a fun message today! We have a simple exercise to do.

We are asked to notice…right now…stop and notice what you are seeing…hearing…feeling. Now close your eyes for a few seconds and open them again. What is the first thing you see? Is it the same? Or do you see something else first?

This is a powerful exercise. It is simple but reminds us to look at things in a different way. That first look is not always the whole picture. We can get stuck in what we think we saw. We can limit our perspective and minds. This simple exercise reminds us to keep our eyes, ears, heart and mind open.

This exercise is also valuable when our Guidance wants us to see something much like what happens in our dreams or when people, animals or things are suddenly put in our path. Or like those random thoughts that pop into our heads with seemingly no rhythm or reason. They are quick grabs of our attention for a reason. There are no coincidences.

So today’s little exercise is something we can do to practice receiving messages from our Guidance.

Just as a quick note. If we are drawn to something and we don’t know why, look it up in your dream book. Or you can simply get still and ask.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” “What can I do today?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Practice “noticing.”

 

What made me smile yesterday….

-Lots of sunshine.

-A good morning workout.

-A good book…started on the sequel.

-Meeting new people.

-Catching up with Alex. She is so funny.
