For your consideration…
Our message today is about confidence…true confidence…versus the pretend kind or lack of confidence altogether. While the message is about confidence, I feel it is being used as an example. It could just as well be other emotions.
Lack of confidence or fake confidence is an ego condition. Our ego is often impatient and critical because it knows that it has an expiration date. Whereas the spirit, the soul, is eternal.
So where do you want to get your confidence from? Yes, you get the picture. We can use people and situations to stroke our ego and give us confidence. Or we can go within, use our Guidance and let our confidence come from the soul. Only it is real.
Go within. Let you Spirit guide you.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Consult with your Spirit.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Early morning exercise.
-A good book.
-Wild weather makes for a big surf. I love the sound of it.
-It was a good day for laundry.
-Catching up with Jackie and Alex.
