Life Milestones
For your consideration….
Please remember that everything I blog is indeed for your consideration. I write what I am asked to write. I never know who it is meant for or question the timing. At the very beginning of writing this, I had to let all of that go and just trust.
I qualify this today because I feel this blog is incorporates a lot today including some beliefs that may or may not be the same as what your journey is revealing to you. I will use mine today as an example so that we can get to the heart of today’s messages about milestones. The milestones we are talking about today are not about every birthday, move, job etc. They could be one but every single one is not the kind of milestone we are talking about today.
The milestones we are talking about today are the ones that truly change our lives; births, deaths, accomplishments that we have fought from our very core to complete etc.
Have you every heard it said that the cleft in your upper lip is where the angels put their finger to make you forget all that has been revealed to you before you are birthed into this life? Some believe, I believe, that we always have free will. That includes when we were assigned this life. We are shown the who plan…the good, bad and ugly of it. It is a life designed for us to spiritually advance to a new level. We must agree to it before we it is assigned. We have participated in its design. When we have agreed and before we are born is when our conscious memory is wiped clean.
Included in our life purpose plan are milestones. They are those moments where our life as we know it, is forever more defined as before and after; before and after the birth of our children, grandchildren, before and after the death of a loved one, before and after we received the job of our dreams, before and after we are married, divorced, widowed etc.
We know that we have help 24/7 available to us to help us that we are asked to call on. Remember the saying, “You may not always get what you want when you want it but you always get what you need?” It is true because we are always being gently guided…or occasionally with a bit more force….helping us stay on course.
The milestones we are talking about today seem like they are non-negotiable. That is because we already negotiated them pre-birth. At that time they became part of our foundation. We must navigate them. What is negotiable is how we navigate them. This is where we call upon our Guidance to help us find the path of least resistance.
We may be thinking, “No way did I agree to this.” We might think, “This is too hard or does not make sense.” We are reminded today that our milestones are perfectly balanced, even the tough ones. They are exactly what we need to accomplish our life purpose and advance spiritually.
Rejoice in all of our milestones. Approach them with confidence. We have always known they are important and that we can accomplish them.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Gordie and Lori made it safely home.
-Alex made it safely to St. Louis.
-A great time at the pool with new friends.
-Catching up with Vicki and Alex.
-A good book.
Love, Blessings and Gratitude,
Rev. Chris
