For your consideration…

I received an image for today’s message. It was of something I often do. Whenever I happen upon an accident or see an ambulance, I send blessings to all involved. Probably many of you do the same.

Our message today says sending those blessings are kind and heard. They cost us nothing and go a long way to helping others. They are easy to do when we have empathy for others.

Sending blessings is not so easy to do when we do not hav

e empathy. It is not so easy when someone has angered us ie; taken cuts, let a door go in our face, are rude on the roadways etc. Sending blessings to those who have been rude to us, offended us or hurt us is much more difficult. In fact, it may not even occur to us to do so. But our message today, says that is exactly what we need to do.

Blessings immediately change the energy from negative to positive. They immediately start the healing process.

We are asked to be generous with our blessings in all situations.

I love this blessing. I am not sure who it is by;

May Blessings light your way

as you take the next step

on your life journey.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be generous with our blessings.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Meditating outdoors.

-Beautiful sunshine.

-Time on the beach.

-A great pedicure for Bruce. He was sooo happy.

-A good book.

-Alex made it safely to Denver.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
