For your consideration…

We are probably all familiar with the song, “If You’re Happy and You Know It.” As adults we probably don’t hear it much unless you teach children. It is a great song to use when you have a couple of minutes of time to kill. Kids love it because it is happy, it gets them moving and they are doing it together.

We are given this song today to remind us to share our happiness. If we are happy, show it. Don’t be embarrassed. Don’t be shy about being silly. If we are happy share it. Get others involved in it. Let your happiness be infectious. Let it uplift the energy all around you.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?’

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Show your happiness.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A good day at home.

-A good book.

-I think being at home resting will help all of us get over this cold/flu bug. So happy we can do it.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
