Today we are being asked to notice how we look at life, ours and others.
Most of the time we act and react based on perceptions that have been birthed from attitudes and opinions. These attitudes and opinions are a result of everyday life. They are results of things we have done and people who have crossed our path.
But often our perceptions are based on smoke and mirrors. What we saw and felt or what we were allowed to see and feel, may not have been the Truth.
There are a number of things that keep us from the Truth. Fear would be an obvious choice. But what about failure to see the Truth because we are happy where we are and don’t want to move off that spot. We don’t want to “rock the boat”. There are thousands of reasons our perceptions keep us from the Truth.
We have all heard the saying, “There are two sides to every story.” In reality, there are probably innumerable sides. But what we need to be searching for is the Truth because that is for the highest good of all. Am I speaking my truth or what I think people want to hear. Am I hearing other people’s truth? Are they speaking it and I am not hearing it? Or are they not speaking it at all?
All we are being asked today, is to be aware. Take a step back. Notice our perceptions and simply ask, “Is that true?” You will know Truth because it resonates with your Core, your God-Essence Self? You can feel it. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate. As Gena said to me this morning, there is gold in the silence.
-Drink lots of water.
-Breath deep breaths, outdoors if possible.
-Walk with nature. Even if it is in your yard. Feel nature. Listen to her.
-Journal
-Update your vision board. If you don’t have one, consider starting one.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-How well I handled all the drama surrounding banks, realtors, insurance companies etc. There was I time in my life where I would have been absolutely crazy with this stuff. My angels said they have it handled. I believe them. What a relief.
-Alex, so joyous and funny.
-Bruce asked me to look up doves. He sees them everywhere and he asked my why. That is a first.
-I wrote for much of the day.
-I started back on my cards.
