For your consideration…
This is the exact message as it was given to us today, “Because we are so loved we were given HOPEI”
Perhaps we have not given much thought to HOPE. We know it. We use it. But we have not necessarily paused and really thought about it. If we choose to do so, today’s message is where we are asked to start.
We were given HOPE in our life tool kit because we are so loved and because life would just be too difficult without it.
HOPE sees us through tough times of fear, despair, anxiety, challenges etc. HOPE also is the spark that lights the fire to all possibilities, opportunities, inventions etc. HOPE is light. HOPE is encouraging. It spurs us on.
Love sustains our HOPE. It protects it so that we always have it. However, we have a choice on whether or not to use it. We can live our entire lives with it front and center or we use it sparingly, occasionally. We can let us lead us or we can call on it as needed.
HOPE is a valuable gift but value is in the eyes of the beholder. How we value and use our HOPE is up to us.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Feel your HOPE.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A slow and easy morning.
-Some crafting.
-A beautiful day.
-Dinner with Shannon, Will, AJ and Mackenzie.
-I loved hearing Mac so fired up about her interview.
