For your consideration……
Well yikes, spiders showed up today. While I don’t much like spiders, I do love when they show up in messages because the messages are always good reminders.
While most of us get the symbolism in the spider web and the web we weave in our own lives. Spiders also remind us of the need for balance between; past and future, physical and spiritual, male and female energy. Spiders are actually delicate and they remind us of our need to be in tune with nature and the delicate balance of nature.
Some people associate spiders with magic but we are reminded to expand that to all creativity. When spiders show up we should look at what we are creating. What web are we weaving today that impacts tomorrow. Remember our actions subtly reverberate around the world.
So today we are being asked to look at where we are and what we are weaving into our life. Is it our dreams? Are we using our creative talents for the good of ourselves and others. Do you need to draw or write? Are you feeling balanced or off kilter? Are you feeling caught or stuck? Why? Or are you weaving freely. If you are reading this today, those are questions you need to be asking yourself.
I often refer to “Animal-Speak”. (Anytime an animal of sorts shows up, that is the first place I go to figure out why and what the message is. Please refer to my Reference Page on how to get a copy. It is a book I would not be without.) I will leave this message from Animal-Speak.
The spider found within the web reminds us that we are the center of our own world.
The ancient mystery schools had one precept inscribed above their portals:
“Know Thyself and Thou Shall Know the Universe!”
That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate
-Drink lots of water.
-Breath in some fresh air outdoors. Deep breaths. At least 10.
-Reflect. What are you weaving into your life today? Remember, you are the weaver. No one else can weave your web.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-A document I have been waiting a month for finally came.
-A great lunch with daughter number 1.
-A great class.
-Sleeping with the doors open and the fresh air blowing in. Ahhhhh.
