For your consideration….
It is the simplest and most complex at the same time…the energy of love. I
Today’s message says simply this;
Love is never wrong.
Love is always worth it.
Love always makes a difference.
Love is always a change for the good.
It is true that sometimes love can hurt but that does not change the above facts.
Love is all that is real. Everything else is a filter that dulls its brightness and potential.
We are asked to keep our love energy front and center…making it the core of all we do.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Use your love for good and without resistance. Pass it on.
What made me smile yesterday….
-OT started. I found out that I already am doing lots of things right but still learned a lot.
-Despite the snow and horrible road conditions I got my grocery shopping and nails done.
-Our new snow plow guy came and did a great job.
-Catching up with Dianne and Alex.
