For your consideration…

We all have moments or days when we just feel off…out of sorts…not quite ourselves. Today’s message gives us a helpful way to get back on track.

First of all, remember that our breath is our reset button. Sometimes just pausing and taking some deep breaths is all it takes.

But sometimes we need a bit more. When that is the case, we need to do a chakra cleansing. How? We simply need to sit quietly, take some cleansing breaths and then breath normally while focusing on each chakra.

Breath focusing on the root chakra until you feel it spinning bright red.

Move to the sacral chakra and focus on it until you feel it spinning bright orange.

Move the solar plexus and focus on it until you feel it spinning bright yellow.

Move to the heart chakra and focus on it until you feel it spinning bright green.

Move to the throat chakra and focus on it until you feel it spinning bright turquoise.

Move to the third eye chakra and focus on it until you feel it spinning bright indigo blue

Move to the crown chakra and focus on it until you feel it spinning bright violet.

Once you have cleared all of your chakras breath and pull your energy from your crown, down through all of your chakras, down to the center of Mother Earth, wrap your energy around her core and bring it back up through your chakras and out into the Universe.

Chakra clearing is something we should do on a regular basis.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…”I am loved.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Clear our chakras.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A chill day at home.

-Amazon delivers even on Sunday.

-A good book.

-A great snooze.
