For your consideration…
This sapling has no doubts. Its expectations are clear. It knows exactly the direction is wants to go and what it will be when it gets there. This is not so with us humans. Most of us grow into our expectations.
Our message today tells us that once we know, once we identify those expectations, we have to believe in them with all of our being. We have to expect them with all of our being.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Believe in your expectations.

-A great class.
-Lunch with Kathy.
-Catching up with Alex.
-Lots of deliveries….no disappointments so far.
-A good book.
