For your consideration…
No, this is not a message on safe sex. It is a message on protecting our spirit and our power.
We often talk about balance. It is true about social media. With all of the wonderful benefits, the down side is that it is also full of negative messages, info etc. that it is hard to get away from. Short of locking ourselves away somewhere where there is no communication, we can not escape all of the negative energy of the media.
So what do we do? How do we protect ourselves?
We ask for and visualize ourselves in a bubble filled with God’s healing and protective light. It is light of pure love. Nothing can defeat it. Visualize this bubble surrounding us wherever we go. Nothing can penetrate it. Inside it we are safe from all negativity and surrounded by nothing but love. Looking out from inside our bubble we see the truth and beauty of what is surrounding us. Inside we can breathe free and easy, relieved of the weight of the world. Inside our bubble we can relax in peace knowing that our Guidance has everything under control.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Surround ourselves with love.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Phone situations done…never easy.
-Comcast dealt with…never easy.
-Garage door openers fixed and synced, car synced to the openers and routine maintenance done….always easy with Ron Lane.
-Dinner using us food from the refrigerator and freezer turned out to be delicious.
