For your consideration…
No one said it is easy but none the less we are asked to love everyone and not to pick and choose. We are asked to love strangers and those close to us alike. We are asked to love our enemies as we love our allies. We are asked to love our President no matter which party he is from, we are asked to loved our Congress both sides of the isle, we are asked to love those of all religions as we love those of our own. We are asked to love citizens of every country as our and their God does.
We are measured equally on how much we love those we alike and agree with and those we don’t. Let’s not cancel the love we have for those we like and agree with with hate for those who we don’t.
It is a choice. We always have a choice.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Love everyone even if they don’t give us reason to.
What made me smile yesterday….
-The skies opened up and poured two minutes after we got in from recess.
-A good and fast dinner recipe.
-Afternoon sunshine.
-A good new book.
-An early bedtime.
