More and Essential

For your consideration…

I love this message today. It is gentle. It is vibrant. It is food for thought. It is encouraging. It is loving. It is enlightening.

This is exactly it, “You are more and essential.”

Our message tells us that each of us is much more than we think we are and absolutely essential. No matter what our role is in the moment…center of attention…bystander…supporter…witness…counselor…teacher…friend…etc. No matter what our role is in the moment, we are essential to it.

We have free will so we can be passive or very involved in our role. We get to decide what part and how much of ourselves we bring to it. But the decision to put us here in this moment, in this place and with these people, was already decided for us. We may feel like we had a choice, but we are her by Divine Guidance and in Divine Timing.

If we pause to think about that, it is pretty heady stuff. We are put in a moment because we are essential to it. No other person can fill our spot. The Universe needs our energy to hold this moment together. We are more and essential than we think we are. Feel loved and special because you are.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Ge outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Feel as special as you are. Feel needed because you are.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Breakfast with James and Alex.

-Catching up with my niece, Michelle, and sister, Lori.

-Grocery shopping done. I HOPE I am set for the week as I head back to school.

-A good book.
