For your consideration…

I can not remember us ever having a message about revenge. That doesn’t mean we haven’t but just that I don’t remember.

If we are honest, most of us would have to own up to wishing revenge at some time in or life. If you regularly visit this blog, you probably don’t spend a lot of energy thinking about revenge. There are people who do. Perhaps our first thought is revenge but most of us quickly let that go but there are people who take action on those thoughts.

Today we are reminded not to judge. But we are asked to think about revenge and what it does to USME…in MY life. Revenge can be sweet. It can feel good…for a moment. But that negative energy will come back to us. The energy we put out is exactly what comes back to us. So we end up paying a price for the sweet moment of revenge.

We are asked to consider letting the Universe take care of “revenge..” It holds no judgment. It manages the energy. If it sees a lesson needed in someone, it will rearrange itself to make sure it happens.

We are not being asked to be a door mat. We are simply being asked to not participate in bad behavior. We don’t have to be the victim or the bad guy. We can choose to be a survivor and let the Universe take care of bad behavior. This way we can keep our spirit clean and not add insult to injury.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let the Universe manage bad behavior of others. We only have to manage our own.

What made me smile yesterday.l.

-A girls day.

-A day trip to Detroit with a little rain but mostly sunshine.

-We visited Sister Pie, Belle Isle, The Fort Street Galley and Greektown casino. We know how to do a road trip.

-A chill evening at home with amazing thunder and lightning storms. Mother Nature put on quite a show.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
