For your consideration…
Don’t you love it already? We were given the children’s song “If you’re happy and you know it.” Remember, each time you sing those words you add something to do like, clap your hands, stomp your feet, turn around, jump up and down. Virtually anything can be added.
When this song is sung, it draws attention to being happy, it shares it and draws others in. That is exactly the message today. Make your happiness visible. Share it. Draw others into it. This is paying it forward. HOPEfully when we need it, someone will do the same for us.
When we spread our joy, love and happiness, we have no idea all the good that it can do. We can never know how far it reverberates around the world. We don’t have to know because we do know that the spreading positive energy is always the right choice and beats the alternative every time.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Spread happiness.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A good book.
-Chores done.
-My neighbor, Laura’s, 100th birthday party. She said it would be a big party and she was right. There had to be 300 people at any given time there to celebrate this beautiful lady.
-Meeting new people.
-Happy for my Alex, her husband, James, is home after a month on the ship.
