For your consideration…

Many of us, maybe most of us, wonder, worry or fear death. Deep down we know that we don’t know when or how our death or others will occur. If we let it, it becomes a weight on us.

Our message today tells us that is a waste of our time and energy. We were born with a Divine plan for our life. It is what it is, no matter how long or short. It serves zero purpose to dwell on it or be afraid.

If we stop and think about it, I bet we can all remember “close calls” we have had. I can think of several in my own life. As those times become part of our memories we have a choice. It can either make us more fearful and paranoid for ourselves and those we love or we can recognize that the Divine has it covered. It is exactly as it is supposed to be. Be grateful. Feel blessed. Move forward living our lives the best way we know how.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Believe in the Divine Plan.

What made me smile yesterday…

-My husband came out and said, “Chris, I was laying in bed and doing those pop-up quizzes.” “What pop-up quizzes?” I asked. “You know, the ones the doctors always ask, your birthday or the year Alex was commissioned at the Naval Academy.” “Bruce,” I say “Having to know your birthday is probably a reasonable question but you don’t have to worry about knowing Alex’s Commissioning date. Relax.”

-A great relaxing Sunday.

-Catching up with my sister, Lori, Jackie and Alex.

-A good book completed.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev.Chris
