For your consideration…

Rose Kennedy said this about broken hearts, “It has been said, ‘time heals all wounds.’ I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens.

It is hard to watch those we care about suffer with broken hearts. We want to fix them but like time, we can not. But what we can do is wrap their heart in our empathy, sympathy, comfort and love. Our generosity of spirit can hold their heart together until time starts to weave it back together.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be generous of spirit.

What made me smile yesterday…

-My fun kindergarteners.

-Noah who barely speaks a word of English finally will give me a couple of words AND he approached me with a picture that he created to take home. MAJOR.

-Catching up with Kathleen and Jody.

-A chill evening at home. Ahhh.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
