For your consideration….

Relax. That is the message. Many of us are starting to feel like we are pushing uphill. The key word is pushing. We should not be pushing and if we feel like we are we need to stop. Relax. Take a breath. Take a couple of breaths and relax into your natural flow. Let go of the outcome and relax into this moment. Make this moment all you want it to be. Relax. Breath into the next moment. Make it all you want it to be. Again forget the outcome. Relax. Breath into the next moment. Make it all you want it to be. And on and on and on.

Just relax and breathe. It is enough. You are enough. Know it. That is the HOPE.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps everyone can take…..

-Meditate. Throughout your day as you close your eyes and breath try to get back to that place you go to in meditation.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Relax. Just be. No pushing. Just go with the flow.

 

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Both my girls are happy.

-AJ and Peanut so thrilled with really nothing at all.

-I hear commotion. First Reesie come flying down the stair, then Peanut. Reesie had stolen a piece of licorice and made a run for it.
