For your consideration…..
Our message today was delivered by Angel Seraphina. She tells us that our emotional waters run deep but most of us only access them in times of extremes…..great joy or great sadness.
But that level of deep emotions is the level we should be operating from on a normal day-to-day basis. They come from our authentic self…..our heart center. They represent our truth.
We are being asked to dig deep and make everything we say and do from this deep level. It is from here that we will change not only our own life but the lives of others and ultimately the world. We are all capable. We all have what it takes. We just have to jump in and do it. That is the HOPE.
For your consideration……
-Meditate. With practice it becomes easier for each of us to access those deep emotions and bring them forth.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. I think mine is going to be from Stillwater’s front porch since it is snowing like crazy.
-If you don’t already have one, get some supplies for a vision board. If you have a vision board, go over it and make sure it is all still relevent for the new year.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Alex made it back to Pensacola safe and sound.
-I touched base with many who are dear to me….Jackie, Jody, John and Cathy and even Bruce.
-Dude and I had a great walk to the river.
-I must learn to clean fish. My neighbor offered me a mess of them he caught yesterday morning but I couldn’t take them because I didn’t know how to clean them. Where is my Uncle Jim when I need him?
