We are given this song today to remind us of what is intended for us….a gift of a wonderful day. We have a choice. We always have a choice. HOPEfully we will choose to accept this gift and share it with others.
That is the HOPE. An so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask “What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Have a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah day.
What made me smile yesterday…
-We finally got to see Bruce’s neurologist.
-Catching up with Jackie.
-Taco Tuesday for the second week in a row. It is always great when Pam is back in town.
-A good book.
